Tahini Yogurt Dip- Snack

Serve this creamy yogurt dip with baby carrots, sliced radishes or whole-wheat pita triangles.

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, plus more to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

  • Combine tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a small bowl and mix until smooth. 
  •  Mix in yogurt and cilantro and stir well to combine.
  • Add more lemon juice, if desired. Transfer to a bowl to serve.
